Delivery details Our postage rates are charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for deliveries to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands, Please note that at present we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. All orders placed before 1pm on a weekday are despatched the same day. If you know that you will not be available to accept delivery of your order please specify an alternative delivery address during checkout. Returns Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the product. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. We do not accept responsibility for circumstance beyond our control such as items lost or damaged in transit. Cancellations If you have already received an email confirming despatch then it will not be possible for us to cancel your order so please follow our returns procedure.
