How much do you charge for postage and packaging? Our postage rates are charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for deliveries to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands, Please note that at present we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. |
| How soon will I get my parcel? All orders received by 1pm (Monday - Friday) are sent out the same day, orders received after this time will be sent the following day. We use Royal Mail First class and your parcel will typically be received 2-3 working days after despatch. If you know that you will not be available to accept delivery of your order please specify an alternative delivery address during checkout. How will I know when my parcel has been despatched?
