Products I have sensitive skin, can I use your handmade soaps? Our methods and ingredients produce a gentle mild soap. Many of our customers with sensitive skin prefer to begin with our pure unscented bar . If you are concerned about your skin it is always best to try a small amount on your arm and test your skin reaction over 24 hours before using the soap all over. How long will your handmade natural soap last? We use palm oil in our soaps to help us produce a bar that is hard and long lasting. To prolong the life of your soap we recommend that you use a soap dish that allows excess water to be drained away from the bar. Because of its high levels of natural glycerine, if your bar of natural soap is left in a pool of water it will go mushy. At the very least you should stand the soap on its end and allow it to dry between uses. If unopened our handmade soaps will keep for years. However to fully appreciate the wonderful scent of the essential oils we recommend that you use them within 6-12months.
What do you use to fragrance your products? We use only high quality pure essential oils to fragrance our products. I am vegetarian/vegan can I use your handmade soap? With the exception of the Honey in our honey and oats natural soap bar all of our soaps are suitable for vegetarian/vegan use. We do use beeswax in all of our balms and also in our Orange and Mint body butter bar. Our face masks and scrubs contain dried honey. Do you test your products on Animals? We only test our products on willing friends and family members! Back to top Delivery And Returns How much do you charge for postage and packaging? The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.
