There’s no denying that running a small business is one of the most rewarding experiences; one that creates meaningful connections and opens up a new way of living. But, along the way there are definitely moments when the challenges can seem a little overwhelming. That’s when a having a friendly voice to guide you can mean everything and I can’t imagine a more positive and uplifting voice than that of Elizabeth Cairns.
She’s poured decades of experience into her beautiful new book called The Empowered Entrepreneur and it’s been a delight to collaborate with her in creating our latest meditation candle.
When we first spoke about collaborating on a meditation candle to help celebrate the launch of The Empowered Entrepreneur, we both had the word Clarity in our minds - which left no doubt that should be the name we used for our new candle. Elizabeth intuitively felt that the oil of Bergamot would be the ideal place to start and so the testing began…
Now, creating a quality natural candle using soy wax and pure essential oils is never really as simple as it sounds. Each element needs to be carefully partnered with the next, rather like creating a beautiful meal. So, over the summer I tested different combinations of soy wax, a host of different wicks and included the beautiful oil of Bergamot at various different levels to create a clean burning candle that gently guides your senses without overwhelming them.
Bergamot essential oil has a way of calming the senses and so it was an absolute pleasure to work with. It has a sweet citrus scent that soothes your mind body and spirit helping you to release fear of the unknown, clarify your intentions and trust the natural flow of life. It’s wonderful to use during meditation and quiet moments, especially at the beginning of your day.
Today, i’m so very happy to be sharing our creation with you; here’s our new Clarity Meditation Candle
